Shop around town by foot or golf cart between 10 am and 5 pm and receive a pirate coin for every purchase made at participating shops.

Take your coins to the ERA office when you finish shopping and exchange your coins for raffle tickets which will be put into the pirate's chest; drawing will take place after 5 pm.
